Yes Bank — cash not credited in my account

After so many requests & complaints to the bank (Yes bank) there is no progress in my case, i had deposited cash in cdm on15/07/2017 14.12pm in riverside big bazar mall gomti nagar lucknow, but payment not credited my account even after 15-20days, i am following up since very first day when i deposited cash in machine.
