I'm writing to report a complaint against Yes Bank for using abusive language in their messages regarding my credit card dues. Despite my efforts to communicate with them, I've received unacceptable messages.

I've attached the screenshots of the messages as evidence. I request you to investigate and take necessary action against the bank's representatives.

Please let me know the next steps I can take.
