We have an Auto Loan with yes bank under name of MR. Tirathsingh Dhakare, my first EMI was bounce on 15 April 2021. Next day on 16 April 2021 we sent a person with RTGS of EMI amount and bounce charges 885/- for payment.

We were guided by bank that we would automatically debit the account on 30th as second auto debit.
After that day I’m getting daily 30-40 calls for repayment from several...

Due to some financial crunch I am unable to make payments against my Personal Loan and Credit Card. However, I have requested to settle both the accounts but recovery/collection agents are harassing me and my relatives/friends/colleagues. They are calling multiple times to me and my my relatives/friends/colleagues. Using harsh language and mentally harassing and forcing to make the payment. I am even not sure from where YES BANK people are...

In my credit card statement for the month of Feb-2020, Rs 10, 557.52 was due with payment due date of 07-Mar-2020.

I have paid the bill on 06-Mar-2020 through SBI internet banking NEFT UTR NO SBIN[protected] amounting to Rs 10560.0.

However the same amount of Rs.10560.0 returned back on 06-Mar-2020 itself with NEFTRR-SBIN[protected].

My name kamal malkani having account no ([protected]) in yes bank, today morning i. E 20 sep 2017, i went hdfc bank atm located at main chhatarpur road, chhatarpur, new delhi at 09:17:46 am, i tried to withdraw rs. 7500.00 but machine shows "your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows "time out".
I repeat same but shows on screen same but balance has been not received from the atm. br...

My debit card has been deactivated without any specific request.
I opened account for a month and did couple withdrawal with the same card, suddenly in a week's time, the card is shown as not activated.

The customer support team did not even bother to look into online request raised on 1st sep (Request id 879024).

Over the phone also, no clue on what next to be done. Another request raised today with...

My 2 upi transactions of rs 300 got failed on 30th may and amount was deducted from my account and even after calling yes bank complaint number for several times... My problem is not addressed and i have not received the complete refund for one of the transaction.
Got complete refund of rs 300 for one of my transaction and rs 50 for other. I have called them several times to fix the issue and return the money but 3 of my complaints...

Despite I have tried for deactivate my Agent code from self deactivation portal but error show ( kindly provide Exact Register No) At the time of registration someone use wrong Contact no that is [protected] (not belong to me) My contact number is [protected] so Therefore kindly deactivate my Agent code from Irdai Portal I have already complaint many times but this issue not resolved still now . My onboarding is delayed in joining to new Employer due to showing Active still now.

As usual and as expected, you continued your dirty in illegal habit to harass us. Rather than resolving the issue by simply providing the proper answer to our simple query to elaborate the contents lying in the barcodes, you have told us to do this and that, to go here and there, to meet this and that person as you had been doing persistently for all our grievances and queries.
The FDR is generated by you ancient by you and therefore you are legally liable to elaborate the contents of barcodes put by you in the FDR.
If you are not capable to define the barcode content, you could have forwarded our query to the concern capable and responsible authority of your Yes Bank who could explain in the matter.
But what you did, instead of doing your duty for which you are getting heavy salary from Yes Bank, you have asked us to go here and there as you had always meant to harass us even over such a simple query. Shame on you. Liable to be prosecuted for heavy compensation for all your harassment under the consumer protection act 1986. Just wait and watch for our legal action for all your persistent harassment we have kept a record very safely for the time matter goes to the court.

I am using Yes Bank credit card. I have taken Finbooster Credit card. After 3 month, yes bank issues me a rupee card which was upi enabled but the Limit of both card is shared and of 57000 only. Yes bank started generating separate statement however the limit was shared (57000). They have started charging Finance charge, late payment charge on each statement which lead the financial burden. I tried to contact them by mails but did not get the satisfactory response, Now I am getting threating calls from yes bank.

I'm getting harassment calls, whatsup with false language from Yes Bank field executives stating I'm manager in Yes bank and visiting home address and office for delay in payment for a week.

My family is in trouble not able to take any more harassments from Yes Bank executives. If anything, bad happens to me or my family who will be held responsible.

Need your assistance further in this regard.

Do not ever Apply for their CREDIT CARDS- THE minute you delay a payment they will send an OLD REPRESENTATIVE to Harass you at YOUR DOOR STEP! also they will purposely send someone 3 days before your DUE date just to torture your family. PLS DONT OPT FOR THEIR CREDIT CARDS! I am a MUMBAI resident.
