Fraud done through the credit card of yes bank

My name is Tripti Manglam. I run an institution for disabled children. On 22nd October 2023, one man named Mr. Parmil Kumar ( aadhar card attached) who introduced himself as an army officer. Also he informed me that he is a part of Army School Bhopal. He further added that School wants to do psychological assessment for the children. With reference to Cr No 0294/2023 filed under Bellanduru PS, Bengaluru against accused RAJENDRA METAL holding account in YES BANK(A/C No [protected]), I was a victim of Cyber Fraud by account holder of YES BANK on 04/08/2023 of amount INR 3, 89, 300. The transactions were made from my HDFC, KOTAK MAHINDRA, CITIBANK and SBI accounts of INR 97, 325 each (INR 97, 325 X 4 =INR 3, 89, 300). I immediately lodged FIR as cited above and Cyber Complaint as well (copy attached). I also rasised complaints immediately with my own banks who in turn raised chargeback requests with YES BANK. The account was freezed by the police and amount INR1, 45, 000 only could be recovered through court order.
For the remaining amount I tried to reach out to my own banks but they held YES BANK as solely responsible for this as chargeback requests were rejected by YES BANK.
Respected Sir, I have lost my entire life savings because of a fraudster who held account in YES BANK.
I would like to point out that
a) There should have been better due diligence on part of the bank before allowing such criminals to open account in their bank
b) Such high volume of transaction should have been flagged or caught by the internal risk management system of the bank.

It is appalling as to the large volume of cases where criminals are making use of the ease of opening current account in YES BANK to defraud innocent citizens whose life is destroyed. I have a cancer patient at home to take care of and I have lost my life savings to this fraud, it is my sincere appeal to the Ombudsman to kindly arrange compensation from YES BANK with regards the matter for the rest of the amount lost (2, 44, 300). So far responses from YES BANK have been completely customary and most likely automated wherein they have just asked to check with law enforcement authorities and my banks. YES BANK is equally responsible since the fraud happened through the accused account in their bank.
Looking forward to an amicable resolution and adequate compensation in this regard.

    With regards to FIR for Cr No 0294/2023 filed in Bellandur PS for a case of cyber fraud of 3, 89, 300, the police freezed the account of accused RAJENDRA METAL in YES BANK (A/C [protected]). The honorable court has directed the manager of YES BANK to transfer the freezed amount of 1, 45, 000 to my HDFC Bank Account [protected]. In accordance the Investigating Officer has sent an email to the cyber cell of YES BANK and Principal Nodal Officer desk on 11.10.2023 for executing the order and releasing the amount without delay. Requesting cooperation from YES BANK cyber cell in executing the order as soon as possible, failing which will be considered as contempt of honorable court. Attaching the relevant details like court order, IO letter and FIR report as well.
    I have suffered enough for the last 2.5 months because of the fraud conducted by accused holding YES BANK Account and didn't receive any support or help from bank officials. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter with utmost priority and instruct the Manager and Cyber cell to release the amount as soon as possible.

      I choose Yes Bank Byoc credit Card in Apr 23. But while providing information regarding the Yes Bank Byoc credit card the concern person having mobile no. [protected] told me that it's life time free card. To make more customers he given wrong information about the same. Hence request to refund my amount in my credit card as soon as possible otherwise i will close this card and not suggest any one to believe on yes bank.

        I had a car loan with yes bank since may 2022 for my maruti suzuki ignis. They have cut many charges from my account in name of emi bounce charges, and now when I am trying to close the car loan they are forcing to pay 35000 extra foreclosure charges which is not acceptable. Iam unable to pay that much extra bank charges since I sold out my car due to family problem.

          Sir i took personal loan in yes bank, last few month am not pay emi.Because my colleague cheat my money i register complain in kancheepuram sp office that case was going now sir. Yes bank loan recovery agent person threatening and harassment to my sister.She married.That agent continuously call to her and speak wrongly. Am not gave any place in my sister number.He take a number illegally. Please take action sir..I will attached call log history.Please do needful sir..

            Got call from yes bank paladi branch that you have pre approved Credit card from number [protected].I have said to employee that cancel and delete my details from bank I am getting lot of call before from yes bank. I do not want credit card.He said that I am creating cancel request from system.please send me otp you got on your phone to process further cancel request. but after 10 minute I got messag that your application for credit card in process App no. TUL1516265. Its one type of fraud to get OTP from customer and process credit card application unless cancel or delete my details my info from system that I do not want it. I have called and message him that if he will not cancel my application within half our I will file complain against him and bank.but my applicatin is not cancel.I want legal action against him to do such kind fraud with person by name of bank because he is authenticate employee of yes bank.Please do need full .I am also going to file cyber crime complain against him for the same.Its financial fraud. He can use my details for any perpose to do such things.I want apologies letter from him and bank that I faced this thing.

              Sir, I have requested for my Loan outstanding letter and List of documents on 19th July saying i need to close my account and they have supplied me only the List of documents yesterday and closed my request without providing the Loan outstanding letter. When i called them, they said to specifically write as Foreclosure letter, it seems. This is true case of cheating and delaying the process. I escalated to their nodal department and they apologised as its a their mistake as it was confused it seems and they have placed another request now which will take another 15 days it seems. Why am i penalised for their mistake as the other bank is waiting for this document to issue a cheque to close the account.                     Some product purchased from Flipkart through Yes Bank credit card EMI. Few days later return that products to Flipkart. Flipkart refund the amount to Yes Bank. But Yes Bank continue deducted their EMI after receiving the amount. Then I complain bank customer care, to stop EMI. EMI stop but bank charged Rs.- 10011.98 there was no proper justification in this amount from the bank customer care executive. This is illegal charged. So, Please taking necessary action against this illegal charge.
                    After receiving money they continue EMI, after complain they stop EMI but add extra billing amount Rs.-10011.98 that is no proper justification in their customer service executive. This is cheating. Please resolve this immediately. I am also complained bank customer care but there was no action taken. So, Please take necessary action urgently.

                    I am also complained consumer forum Govt. of West Bengal vide complain no.- 1040/2023 Dated- 16/03/2023. But till now there is no update.

                      I have applied for my EPFO bank KYC on EPFO portal (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/) 70 days ago. Since the verification is auto processed by system but has failed to do so I was advised by EPFO to contact YES bank and have them get verification done by checking with their IT cell but bank refuses to assist saying they have not received any request and asking me to approach RBI when in fact there is no involvement with RBI for this process. I have raised grievance with YES bank Reference CS[protected] and DEABD/E/2023/0036930 but so far have received no resolution.                             I took an auto (MH.04.HZ.4372) from YES Bank house, Santacruz East to Nahar Amrit Shakti, Chandivali in the evening today. I took the route passing through chakala and then through khairani road. This is the shortest route possible and the distance is ~10-10.2 km. I take this route daily for the past 2 years. When I reached sakinaka, the auto metre already showed distance of ~9.2 km and the fare was much higher than the normal fare at sakinaka with similar waiting time. That is when I realised that the meter was tampered but the rickshaw person was not ready to agree. I decided to check the meter distance at the drop location to confirm. The final distance till nahar Amrit Shakti was 11.7 km which is around 1.5 km extra than the regular distance and the same was reflecting in the fare also which was higher by ~20-25 rs

                            I paid the auto driver the entire fare although it was higher but it is not right that this rickshaw driver must be overcharging so many passengers every day and they may not even realise. I understood because I take the same route daily and the distance is visible on Google maps also

                            I'm am attaching a screenshot of the Google map and picture of the meter I took near khairani simultaneously. As per the map, the final distance should have been 9.4 km (already much more than actual due to tampering) + balance km as per Google maps = 11.3 km. However actual distance was 11.7 km (tampering of 0.4 km in total distance of ~2 km i.e. 20% extra distance which also adds up to total extra distance mentioned by me earlier)

                              I m using yes bank card ending with 6286 i have outstanding i m not in the condition to pay all the bills i have tried so many times asked them to make emi to my outstanding but they r not doing that so if they r still not making emi to my outstanding then i left with only option to settle down my card

                              Dear Team.
                              I received statement of credit card payment,
                              I booked rail tickets 17 numbers out of that I canceled 5 tickets and I got 5 tickets refund, and 12 tickets confirmed
                              Now credit card team charged me for 17 tickets amount against 12 tickets. by mistake charge more than 10k
                              please give details of payment and explain why this happened.

                                  I was the regular user of Credit Cards. Due to a big loss in some business start up, I was stuck in a big debt from last 3 months. Last week I got a call from bank regarding the repayment of my YES BANK credit card I told them I want a settlement, although I'm a government employee but somehow I'm not able to make any payment. Today (20.03.2023 @ 2:20PM) again I got a call from [protected] by the name of ANJALI, I told her the same that I want a settlement and suddenly she started speaking in high tone and then she was using abusive language and I don't know who gave such authority to speak like that.
                                  Her wordings "Suar ki Aualad, tum muslim sale suar kha kha k paida hote ho or fir aukat hoti nhi payment krne ki, fir bank k paise leke bhaag jate ho."
                                  I told her that I'm a govt employee I can take action on you but she was totally fearless. She said "Suar ki aulad tumhari aukat hi yhi hoti hai suar khane ki sirf"
                                  I asked her about her office address and manager number but she didnt answered.

                                    The loan tenure of 60months are complete. They are saying they are taking extra 3 months EMI which they have waived from Apr2020 to June2020 due to covid-19. But I have paid all that pending money through billdesk. Please check and try to close my Loan ASAP
