Yes Bank — charging on saving account opened in zero balance account facility | |||
I mr. Manish jatolia was informed to open a zero balance saving account linked with my wife’s account in yes bank from their bank staff (Mr. Shashikant manjrekar) My account number is [protected]. Two days back i deposited one cheque and today they cleared cheque by deducting rs 4259 as bank charges for not maintaining minimum balance. I opened saving account only because of zero balance amount in saving account. Now bank staff says that there were no such zero balance saving account facility exist. I was fooled by their staff by their false statement. Please help me to get my full deposited money without their deducting charges as promised by their bank staff before.
