Yes Bank — complaint against yes bank

Dear sir,

I have taken a personal loan from yes bank. My account no is : pln[protected]. Every 8th of month 11, 587 rs will be deducted from my account.

This month emi is bounced because some fund issue and i have already told the representative of the bank that 30th of this month i will pay my current emi either cash or you can deduct the amount through ech.

Today dated[protected], mr. Ziya hull haq, employee of the yes bank send a person at my home to recover the amount. That is very horrible. These horrible incidents happens without my permission.
