Dear sir/madam,
With this mail i want to bring to your kind notice that customer service of your organisation is going to very bad and this would lead to bad effect on customers such like me, i have opened a saving account (A/c no. [protected]/ sunil mehta), at that time, commitment was made to me that if i will open another account of my known, than annual fees of atm card will applied only for one time and not will be debited further, moreover it was also committed that after one year of account opening a credit card will also issue by you. Hence i have opened another account in the name of mr. Rohit tageja (A/c no. [protected]), but the bank has not fulfill the commitment as promised to me, atm annual fees has been debited twice and not any credit card has been issued to me, for this matter i have visited to your bathinda branch, where i have met ms. Kamalpreet kaur, at first she was agreed to reverse the atm charges, but after a week i have visited again to confirm whether the charges has been reversed or not, but ms. Kamalpreet kaur has behaved very badly and denied to reverse the charges moreover she also told me to close my bank account as bank didn’t in need of customer such like me, i want to know if this thing will be happen with the customers than how bank would maintain relations with the customers, please let me know that whether bank is also willing to me to close the account Was this information helpful? |
