Dear Sir, On 13 Aug 2018 YES BANK representative collected all the requisite documents (for credit card )from me but so far no correspondence initiated from your end. Despite of repeated requests to your representative he is unable to give proper response and repeatedly he is telling me thar he deposited documents. I am enclosing acknowledgement received from your representative.
