There are many incidents with customer service as well as head department which does not care for customer and provided all wrong information.
#1. Bad behaviour while talking to customer service as they understand talking to customer is waste of time.
#2. While i have first preferred card and having 4 complimentary priority offers in year which i have tried to get proper information while activating card as well as by email to utilize where everyone provided me different information and when i have asked priority lounge person replied clearly that with this yes bank card i will be charged only it goes beyond 4 even if it uses for guest where as yes bank has charged and when they have emailed me information nowhere it has mentioned that complimentary applies only for primary card member only.
#3, when i tried to contacted third time on phone they have keep on hold and did not get any information where as they have charged me for guest even if complimentary was not beyond 4 limit.
#4. Their management did not even understand customer did not fully made mistake and the mistake from all the side and did not accept their mistake.
Request you to all indians never open an account or get any products from yes bank as their worst customer service experience.
Please this was worst experience i have ever since from any bank, so it is better to stay always from any product provided by yes bank also do not trust on any member of customer service team or head management. Was this information helpful? |
