Yes bank mentioned that emi conversion is possible and easy while purchashing the card but now deny it while asking for it on transaction.They said they have changed their policies and won't support emi conversion for any transaction . These people are fraud.Please never opt for yes bank. If you want to enjoy worst experience and harsh support with 0 relationship with the customers, then you are welcome here. They have now trapped me in credit debt by not converting to emi and enjoying interest of 3% per month. Was this information helpful? | |||
