Yes Bank — credit card statement issue

Hello sir,

I am facing issue with the credit card statement of yes bank. Where they have sent me 2 months of statement in one bill which was suppose to be showing in jan and feb statement date.in my jan month there was cancelation for my amazon emi in which they have not shown the emi principle cancellation debit and put that into my next month

I have 31st January 2018 ticket booked for the irctc app ALLAHABAD to SAUGOR 8th February 18 but i have ticket cancelation is the 6th February 18 and payment mode yes bank debit card no refunds till date
