Hi, i am sarath chandra,
Today on 06/25/2016 rs. 391.00 is debited in my account without any information. When i checked my account through net banking and by talking with the customer care exe, i got to know that the debited amount is charged because i have withdrawed the amount from non yes bank atms, that unfortunately i have come to know today only. But the cutting of these charges was applicable and started from may 1st 2016 only, and today when the yes bank debited the amount, i got a message and came to know about the new amendment. Till date i was having a very good impression about yes bank, but now at this time zero impression, bad.
1. Yes bank should have given a small message on may 1st only that this new rule is going to happen. No message came to my mobile, this mode of communication is the easiest way, that this also yes bank has not done effectively.
2. Yes bank should have e. Mail me, but clearly failed to mail also.
3. Yes bank should have messaged me the first time when i withdrawn after may 1st... But this international bank is giving the message to me today (June 25th 2016) after one-and-a-half month withdrawing the amount... Sooooo late.
So, this is not a bad communication, this is a very very very bad communication, which led the customer (I) in loss of rs. 391.
The customer care executive is not useful from any part of yes bank, just they talk and the time let go, but of no use, no profit. (Talked on june 25th 2016, name: kritika, time: 06:10 pm). She all the time saying that it is my fault. How it is my fault?? If i would know that this bank is levieing charges by withdrawing from non-yes bank atms, then i would have stopped withdrawing and have saved my rs. 391.
Now, the only thing i will do that i will take total money out from my yes bank account and keep it at zero. This will be the setting of not myself, but all of your customers.
The above charges were of may 2016 only and i do not know that how much they will charge for the june month. If this bank really wants me to save into my savings bank account, then:
1. I want my money back rs. 391.
2. No charges will be made on my account for june 2016 month.
I will be very happy if the two above things were done.
