Yes Bank — Delay in Opening Wealth Management Account | |||
I had requested to open my Wealth Management account on 20th Feb 2017 at Maninagar Branch but till the date it is not opened. I had also raised the ticket CS[protected] on 8th March but today till 28th March there is no response from bank. I have to contact each and every time. This is one of the third class experience from your bank. After raising request there was call from bank fellow that one form need to be signed. I signed that form on 17th March 2017 but till the date there is no process. When today I called they says nominee details are missing. Is this a good way to serve customer it s been a month to open the account. If your bank is not able to open it please stop the process I will do from my side from other bank.
