Yes Bank — delay to open of fixed deposit and new account.

I one of existing customer of yes bank of kalyani West Bengal branch
I deposited Rs1 lack to open a fixed deposit in favor of my father kanti basu on 7july 2018.Till now the 1 lac amount of fixed deposit not started till now.On same day my mother Mrs.JAYANTI BASU deposited 1 lac for open new saving account but surprisingly that till now those account also not open yet now.I contacted those yes bank branch (kalyani, West Bengal) many times but no proper feed back from their end till now.
