Yes Bank — Employee wrong Commitment to open Current account. | |||
Hi, I am regularly calling my RM Mr. Atul Pandey regarding opening a salary account. Before opening an account he committed that salary account opening will be done on an immediate basis after opening your account. It's been more than one month, till now no procedure done and he don't pick calls nor gives proper response. I am fed up with following him, if Yes Bank can't open a salary account. Please let me know the procedure of closing this account. I am fed up with this follow up and Yes bank approaching team. Your Employee Details are below: Mr. Atul Pandey: [protected] Also tried yes touch, i think they never read mail and every time send automated response.
