Yes Bank — FIRC and misbehaviour by an employee | |||
I received funds through TransferWise via yes bank. I applied for an FIRC with all the documents mentioned in the TransferWise website. It's been a week I haven't received an update. I have called the phone banking 5 times. Moreover, this particular representative ( Ruchita Rane) finally called me after a week and she was very very rude. She finally hung up saying I shouldn't teach her what to do. She does not reply to emails and has the audacity to see you are not the only customer. I need a redressal for this. This is not a govt dept, nor am I getting anything for free. I have paid to get the FIRC and deserve to know the status. Was this information helpful? | |||

I contacted MR Nilanjan which is boss of Ruchita and others but in my case they have just not send us the FIRC . a simple letter with the inr payment details they did to us and it is subjected as NOC issuance for FIRC.
this is nonsense. My bank dont accept this document for Export regularisation.
