Yes Bank — I got fraud transaction msg

Hi yes bank, i am manmohan kumar, i went to sbi atm 1st of july nd i got 10000 but after 5 minutes, i got two message continue 10000+10000 debited my account nd finally i loss 20000 .I complained yes bank customer care, they told me your amount will be credited 24 hours still i m not getting any single amount.So resolve my issues.
