I have an account in yes bank and i have transferred rs: 34500/- using imps on 25th sep 2017 at 02.45 to my own hsbc a/c.
The imps ref number[protected]/pa[protected] amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to hsbc account. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my net banking as transaction initiated. I have contacted the branch same day along with raising a complaint online with the reference number: cs[protected]. They said it would be credited back to my account within 3 days. 3 days over. Same status.
I’m so disappointed with this behaviour from the bank as one of my emi got declined in my hsbc account due to this. This might be a small amount for the bank but it’s a big amount for me and on such a short notice there is no way i can arrange these funds from somewhere else. I have been a customer with yes bank as i have my salary account and a two-wheeler loan for which i pay an emi of 7314 every month, i don’t deserve to go through all this stress, please look into this and sort it out along with a due compensation for all the stress i had to go through.
Note: if this is not sorted out immediately i’ll be writing to rbi soon.
