Yes Bank — issue with netbanking | |||
Hello, More than 2 weeks ago, i have visited the yes bank - russel street branch (Kolkata). I have raised few issues such as... 1) more than two weeks i cannot access my net-banking, 2) requested for sms alert, 3) my debit card is not working. More than a week now i didnot get any update from yesbank. Every time i have to call for updates and employees are almost clueless. Very unprofessional bank.
