[Resolved] Yes Bank — misbehavior by agent | |||
Hello team, This is to inform that i really feel bad to have a credit card of yes bank. I always use to make make payment on time and not even that i use to do transaction from my other card and make timely payment, check my pan details for proof. But this month i failed to make payment on time which i already informed that i need time and i know the consequeny which i ready to accept and pay then there is no mean to call me every day and night to remind me in a sarcastic way stating i still have financial issue. These way explain the track of yes bank have pathetic service and no respect for their customer. If i need i will escalate this to rbi to take further action. If i am not wrong there must be training for debt recovery agents how to handle customer, if not then i must say change your logo to no bank. Sep 6, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Dont know whether they took any action on that agent or not but I am closing my complaint as I no more yes bank customer. Yes Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
