Visited Branch and sent email follow up but no action has been taken instead they blocked my virtual debit card. when contacted getting response as excuse for Covid Pandemic I am afraid to continue banking with Yes Bank who has no customer support and cooperation, zero. they will reply typical rather then taking action or issuing debit card customer ID 16246410 regards Was this information helpful? | |||
