Yes Bank — No action and applying low balance fees | |||
They opened my nre account 1.5 year ago, when i was in usa and account was not activated they are charging low balance fees on it since then. They are not taking any actions on complaints just procrastinating things. I visited branch during last visit to india but they said they will waive fees and activate it but nothing happened yet. I lodged complaint on yes bank's customer support i received call from the personal at respective branch they pushed me that your problem will be resolved in 1-2 days so close your complain i did so but nothing moved. I just want to close this account and waiving full fees. Was this information helpful? | |||
