Yes Bank — not being serious about the client queries | |||
Hi i'm waiting for the small query to be solved from the past 2 n half months.. I'm quite surprised that the staff is soooo careless, rude and indisciplined that they doesn't feel like doing anything to make it happen or they're neglecting to work on it... I really am disappointed and lost my faith with the people of yes bank (Green park, delhi) that's y i'm writing a complaint... I have to and ill do it until and unless they don't do their work... They have put my account on memo and told me to change my address and i did it but still they are not answering even after visiting the bank several times either they give me false details or they dissapoint me...in this point i'm really suffering as i can not do any transaction from anywhere... It's their job to solve it and if not i'll go to the higher authority if needed... Was this information helpful? | |||
