Yes Bank — Online transaction unsuccessful | |||
hi I had raised a complaint ticket no 552229 for the failure of the three online transactions with 2 different vendors . The page never redirected back to the merchant page and was continuously buffering . I did not receive a mail or a text from yes bank regarding the transaction .Only when i checked online the money was deducted .the transactions that i made from yes bank net banking since no conformation from any side, i made similar transactions from different banks and were immediately successful. The Customer care closed the ticket without reverting back on the status of the ticket .Only when i called then they said the transaction was successful with the merchant you need to track with them . I do not have any reference no or transaction cause the page never redirected back, from whom should i check or raise a complaint . The transaction was not successful with different vendors and at different times, more over the transaction went through immediately with another bank account . I have my salary account with YES bank and i have no trust as to use your Online Banking services, since there is no proper address of your compliant . Please let me know the transaction Details and reference and the end customers with whom i have to raise a complaint in case the transaction was successful from your side .
