Yes Bank — personal loan with false promises and misleading information about the product | |||||
Dear Team, This is with reference to my Personal Loan which was disbursed without my consent, putting false promises and misleading information it is cheating. Hence, I have requested for Cancellation from the day of disbursement but till date they have not cancelled and i am paying EMI's . From the day one I have been repeatedly informed and e-mailed you that above mention personal Loan was disbursed without my Consent and asked for cancellation the same without any charges and provide me the account no. to return the amount which I have received on 19th June 2018 in my account worth amount of Rs. 1, 93, 211/- in response to this on 7th August Mr. Sachin Sakhare has sent me e mail mentioned the account details and asked me to transfer the amount which I have received but the account no. is not mentioned correctly so I have asked for correct account no. so that I can transfer the amount but no response I have received on that (please find attached mail for your reference) Surprisingly On 7th August 2018 evening I have received mail from Mr. Sawpnil informing about some solutions in terms of Cash back as gesture and in regards to this we Mr. Sachin Sakhare, Sawpnil & Myself had a conference call do discuss the issues but this was again not materialize as the things are we discussed specially financial burden coming to my shoulder only. After that conversation on 9th August 2018 Mr. Sachin wrote an email mentioning the details which we have discussed in con call and very surprisingly he denied the he was not aware about Incred Finance Foreclosure Charges and asking to cancelled the loan with charges for which I was denied because the loan was disbursed without my consent and I am not going to pay any charges. I have already informed about my Incred Finance foreclosure Charges and also I have informed that I have Cancelled my HBD Finance Laon due to the same reason as I don’t want to pay Incred Finance Foreclosure Charges well in advance before disbursement. Then how come he denied that he was not aware about HBD Finance Laon & Incred Finance Foreclosure Charges. In fact this is very first condition I have put before applying to loan . As your executive Mr. Sunil who was offered me this loan stating foreclosure charges will be taken care off. because I am a exiting customer as having one ongoing personal loan with yes bank as special offer to existing customer so I need not pay any foreclosure charges to Incred Finance. But this is unfortunately false information’s and unfair business practices which you believed in it. And why should I applied if I have already cancelled the Balance Transfer Loan offered by HBD finance in March 2018??? During the telecon conversations as she Informed me that for my Grievances related to Cancellation of Personal Loan (PLN[protected] I, need to Contact my Relationship Manager Mr. Sachin Sakhare. I have contacted Mr. Sachin Sakhare but he replied that this case is going to handle by Yes Bank Central Team as he was not aware about this and ask me to contact you again for clarifications. Now, from last three 3Months I, am continuously following up with Mr. Sachin Sakhare and all of you but it’s very unfortunate that the my grievances has not been resolved till date due to this I am in huge financial losses and taking burden of paying the EMIs of Rs. 30030/- per months.
