I am tried to transfer rs21500 thru adhoc transfer facility on 14/09/2017. But sms received as transaction timed out and amount deducted from my account. Verified the beneficiary account amount not credited to his account also. So i gave mail to yes touch and raised issue in 18002000. Customer care team is asking 30days time to resolve/refund the issue.in other banks if any transaction related issues are solved in 5days maximum. But yes bank asking month time to study the problem. Now i am deadly suffering without money. Worst in worst customer service by yesbank.
