Yes Bank — Providing wrong information about the yes bank Byoc credit Card that it is a life time free card

I choose Yes Bank Byoc credit Card in Apr 23. But while providing information regarding the Yes Bank Byoc credit card the concern person having mobile no. [protected] told me that it's life time free card. To make more customers he given wrong information about the same. Hence request to refund my amount in my credit card as soon as possible otherwise i will close this card and not suggest any one to believe on yes bank.
