Salary account is not closed and discussed with the employer and frequently sending email by the customer care of YES bank stating the negative balance figure and trying to give pressure to the customer and at the same time management of YES Bank agreed to close the account long back..but again again customer care dept sending mails with negative balance figures in the account.
