Yes Bank — they gave me a false commitment to get a credit card

Yes bank executive run a campaign in my office and offer us a free lifetime credit card, actually i am not ready to get this card. They canvased me and gave me a false commitment that this card has buy 1 get one movie offer through bookmy show. He showed me a pamphlet which has this benefit printed. I like this, so only for this benefit, i applied for a card.

Once the card reached me i was shocked!! There is no such offer in the card as he committed. I am very disappointed, a bank giving a false commitment to their customer to sell their credit card. They cheated nearly 100 employees in our office.
