[Resolved] Yes Bank — Unnecessary Charges of Demat Account | |||
It's my bad decision to open the bank account in Yes Bank.I had applied for Demat account on 23 May 2015 and it should be opened till 10-June-15 as per your executive but it was delayed and not opened till 14 June-15. On Complaining the Customer care, Executive assured me that your account will not be opened and no charges will levied. I have also opened Demat Account with another bank due to delay in service and bad response from your side.In the 1st week of July, Demat charges had applied on my bank account but i don't want any more. Inspite of repeated request/complaints, till date no reversal from your side. On asking the RM, The same is also not efficient to take decision on the same. At the time of opening the Bank Accounts, Yes Bank provide surety for better quality of services but on opening the same, forget the customer service norms and everything. The best part, RM is not capable to provide solution of the problems and ready to pay cash from their own Pocket. In case, Bank is not able to provide the services on time, levy unnecessary charges on accounts of customer then please don't do fake commitments. Was this information helpful? | |||
