[Resolved] Yes Bank — worst experience: Account is debited but no ticket booked, no credit back to account | |||
I have used net banking for booking ticket through yes bank net-banking, the transaction fails but my bank account is debited for 439 Rs. But msrtc says they have not received the amount. This is second worst experience thr bank. REFUND my amount of two transactions 880 rs. Doesn't a bank like Yes bank have any refunding mechanism to track failed transactions? Shame! I am having this issue with Yes Bank for quite some time now. I have not been able to make atleast one sucessful transaction using Yes Bank. Good Luck on Yes Bank or you can try other banks
