[Resolved] Yes Bank — WORST SERVICE EVER USED | |||
DEAR SIR, WE ARE CONTINUESLY FACING PROBLEMS WITH YES BANK MONEY TRANSFER SERVICE OPERATED BY EASY BILL LTD. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS CLOSED. WE ARE IN BIG PROBLEM SINCE THE SERVICE PAGE DO NOT OPEN AND WE HAVE TO FACE OUR CUSTOMERS AS THEY HAVE TO SEND MONEY AND ALSO HAVE TO TAKE REFUNDS OF FAILED TRANSACTIONS.. WE HAVE CREATED A DATA BASE OF OUR CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT NOS SINCE THE BEGINNING AND NOW WE ARE UNABLE TO EXPLORE THE DATA EVEN TO DO OUR TXNS FROM OTHER COMPANYS SITE OR PORTAL. EVEN THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND IS ALWAYS DELAYING.. PLS HELP TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR ELSE ASK THE COMPANY TO REFUND OUR MONEY BACK TAKEN FOR ENROLLEMENT...
