Yes Bank — yes bank additional charges levied to credit card

I would like to go ahead and close the card of that's the case. Please let me know how to proceed further. The entire finance charges being added up looks weird as you still. Not have provided the break up of the charges that are leived as "minimum amount". Neither is ur customer care executives know what constitutes the break up. Anyways as i have been struggling with my query multiple times by calling u guys
