Yes Bank Is Unable To Maintain Their Mobile OTP Delivery Service For Their Customers. In Last 2 Years Time And Again My OTP Delivery Failed To Mobile. Although Email OTP Delivery Was Working, But That OTP Comes After Failure Of Default Mobile OTP Delivery And A Of Wait Of 100 Seconds. This Hinders Smooth Transaction Through Net-Banking. Recently I Have Lodged Complaint On 17th December, 2020 (CS[protected] About This Issue To Their Top Management As Well As GOI Complaint Portal Which Was Forwarded By RBI (DEABD/E/2021/00516).
