Yes Bank — YES BANK UNRELIABLE NET BANKING & DEBIT CARD | |
I had made a transaction vide Net Banking of Yes Bank. The transaction failed while going to the third party but i got a SMS that payment was made and same was effected in my account statement. But when I checked with the vendor they had not received the payment. I called up with the Yes Bank but no one responded. My mail conversation with the [protected]@yesbank.in and yes bank resulted in them saying they had made the payment and should take up the thrid party, we can understand if the situation is once or twice but this is occuring frequently. Additionally my debit card has been blocked for dont know what security feature. In short YES BANK is the worst bank for online clients Was this information helpful? | |
