This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Yogendra Kumar, a Corporation Bank (GTB Enclave, Delhi) account holder has made a payment of Rs. 4611.50 for MPA Course from IGNOU from net banking through Citrus Pay. However, this amount of Rs. 4611.50 has been debited with Ref No.[protected] to my account but has not been credited to the account of IGNOU for the said course.

2. I would be grateful if you could please look into this matter and get the money refunded by today.
