Hi Sir,

I Have booked a program in YHAI: Youth Hostels Association of India for KASHMIR GREAT LAKES-2018 on 6th may 2018
member ship number : 027-WB10-S122367
Registration number : 10Aug2018/ONLINE/N_GREAT LAKES_2018/1/19
BOOKING id : 112435
Now am having some medical issues and i cannot travel and specially i cannot go for any trekking and i have emailed them all my medical certificates but still I cannot get Full refund amount.
Its a serious health Issue and I cannot travel. I have already booked my flight tickets also around Rs. 11K and I have to cancel them too.
Its my humble request to you if you kindly look into this matter so that i can get the full refund amount.
