I had booked one non AC double bedded room for Jaychandi Pahar vide transaction ID DYS[protected] for booking date 17.12.19 and one room for Auyodha hill vide transaction ID DYS[protected] on 28.11.19 for booking from 18.12.19 but cancelled both before 15 days. Inspite of several mail and verbal request the refund amount not credited to my credit card. Please do needfull for my refund.
