I have Yu Yuphoria handset.It is under warrenty.But it shows many technical issues. Like it automatically restarts or their are white lines on the border of the screen.So, I call the Yu costumer care they told me that they were not able to solve my handset problem so they are giving a replacement of my phone.They generated a waybill number and told me that my phone will be delivered in next 15 days.My phone's waybill number was generated on 4 th January, 2016 but my phone has not delivered yet (5th February, 2016). I call customer care many times but they gave me the same answer that my phone will be delivered in next 15 days.So, please help me to deliver my phone fastly.
