Yu (Micromax) — Unethical behaviour and not delivered handset yet. | |||||
I had purchased a YU YUREKA handset in January 2015 (via amazon) with a warranty of 1 year. In November 1st week my phone had charging and software issues for which I had called Yu customer support on their provided number [protected] but they did not help me. After making several calls from 14th november to 29th november, my way bill for the exchange of device was generated on 29th december 2015. As told by the company through mails and phone calls, I will get my product within 10 working days. They dont reply on their consumer forum that is www.yuplaygod.com. Its been almost a month now and I haven't received any device. Also I have made many call and everytime I get a reply that ' we are sorry for the inconvenience, you have to wait for another 7 days and I am being fooled by this since a very long time. Also they assure me that our senior executive will call you to solve your problem but its another lie. I am sick of this. I am attaching the relating documents and my complaints details are as follows: ORDER#:RJ[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] Reference Ticket id: 1707018 When I had called the courier company delhivery (number: +[protected] to inquire about my status they explained me that they have not received any package from the yu's warehouse yet. I am a student and its very problematic to be without phone.
