I have updated my yureka a week ago, and still its rebooting itself, battery drainage is terrible and obviously the heating problem. I bought this handset more than a month ago, it even automatically reboot on its first day. I called Yu service centre, they told me that these problems will be gone after updating to lollipop version but i am still facing all these problems. I have been trying to contact Yu service centre but cant connect to them. please help me.

    I had bought the phone on 5th Feb 2015 via amazon.in, and the since then have been facing overheating and proximity sensor issues. Now in 1st week of April 2015 the screen broke. I was told that a swap request has been placed and device will be replaced for Rs.3000/-. I agreed, and was told 23 days ago that the request has been placed. Now till today, i have received no communication. Whenever I call the customer care, they have no clue as to the status of my device replacement swap request. All they say is that it will take some time, and they don't know how much. My screen has broken and in the meantime the shards of glass from the screen have started falling and the company still has no clue how to replace the device. I call almost daily and still they know nothing. I am tired of their 'sorry' and excuses. They are harassing me on a daily basis. They do not know how long I may have to wait, just tell me sometime. It could be 3 more weeks or 3 months, they don't know. The customer care asks for my details every time but always say that someone will call me in 48hrs, but nobody ever calls me back. They always say your device will be replaced in sometime, but till now no action has been taken. They do not communicate themselves the status of my issue, and every time I call, I have to wait almost 10 minutes before I can get through to anyone. And they know nothing as to how to help. This is such a bad company, here in the Indian market to fleece people out of money. The executives don't know how to do anything. They are all useless. I want them to just take my phone and give me my money back because of their poor customer service. I had purchased this phone after saving up money for so long, that to bought it from someone for Rs.1000/- extra than the market price. Now the company and their 'we don't care' attitude is greeting to me. My Rs.10000 has already been wasted and they are asking me for Rs.3000/- more. And the longer they take, the longer I am without a phone. I had to buy a replacement phone just because they are taking so long to replace this. This phone instead of helping me has burdened me with more financial problems. I want these people punished for what they are doing to innocent customers in Indian market.

      yu ki custemer service bahut hi ghatiya hai call connect nhi kiya ja rha hai bas balance par balance cut ho rha hai jab comeny ne apna product sell kiya hai toh company ko service bhi dena chahiye unke product me bahut si problems ho rhi hai jiska koi bhi solution nhi ho rha hai... plzz tell me what can i do???????/
      are yarr mujhe yu ki taraf se koi response nahi mil rha hai kya karu mene cash payment me cellphone purchase kiya hai par sala koi response nahi mil raha hai call connect hi nhi kar rahe hai salo ne chutiya bana rakha hai

        My phone display got blurred after using just 10-12 days. I registered the complaint with yu customer support on 31st Mar 2015 and customer care executive Mr Vikas told me to send the photo attachment of my mobile, which I had sent immediately and till date even after making so many calls to call centre I have not received any confirmation that my mobile phone will be replaced. I was informed on 8th April by customer care executive Mr Ashutosh after taking all the details of my mobile to replace it and they will intimate me the ticket number for swapping the mobile phone by evening but I have not received any intimation. Again on 9th April I called and spoken with Mr Deepak and he had informed that token number has not been generated so far and they will Definitely inform by evening the ticket no for swapping the mobile phone and informed me that it will take 7-10 days time to replace the phone. But again I have not received any intimation or token number that my mobile phone will be replaced. They are taking all the details again and again and not doing any thing and simply fooling the customers. Whenever we call the customer care they tell that due to technical issues they are not able to see our details or their system is slow so provide details again and we will replace the mobile phone. I request YU management to please do something to improve your customer support and to resolve the issues. IMEI1: [protected] IMEI2: [protected]

          Hi yureka team, I purchased yu yureka (Moondust grey) - by registration only from amazon.In on 26 march 2015 and it was delivered on31 march 2015. Serial number: imei - [protected] Issue observed dated 17 march 2015 : i was using the phone normally till date, only few restart issues were there. From 17 march 2015, i connected my yureka with the respective yureka charger provided with power on condition. After few minutes around (~20-35 min) my yureka phone is not powering-on and it is only showing a red led indicator on the top. Please find the invoice and screenshot of the purchase.           Hi Subodh, I am also facing same problem in my Yu mobile, After using 10-12 days, suddenly display of my mobile became blurred and icons are not visible properly. I have complained at their customer care on Mar 31st and they told to send the screen shot of the phone and other details which I sent immediately. But after that I have sent 5-6 emails and 10-12 times I have spoken at their customer care and every time they tell their system is having technical problem and my compaint is not registered you provide details again. Till date I have not received any confirmation that my mobile phone will be replaced.

          They have worst customer support.

          Yes, I have received many ticket nos but next time when you call their customer support they will not find the same ticket nos. On 13th I was given the ticket no YU80251 but when I called today they told me that this number is registered in other persons name. 3-4 ticket nos Yu61208, yu72393, yu75230 etc I have got through email also.
          Atleast u got connected after registering first compliant...

          I would like you to go through my complaint (ticket number yu87814) again.I have mentioned that my issue is phone is not powering on.Then how am i supposed to get into recovery mode.Anyways i have tried the steps you have mentioned in your mail.But nothing happened.

          The only thing that works now is when connecting to the charger you have provided a red light appears on top of the display of yureka you have given


          Please assist or replace asap in every possible way to the same shipping address which i have mentioned during the purchase fromamazon.in

From 22 july 2015, I connected my Yureka with the respective yureka charger provided with power on Condition. After Few minutes around (~45 to 60 min) my yureka phone is not powering-on and it is only showing a red led indicator on the top

          Sir my yuphoria power on complainti will give micromax service center in 13/02/2016 they siad replaceing in 30 days but this day the mobile will not replace since 56 days they are telling like 7days to replace in every time they giving worst service

            Micromax Yureka - YU! phone's camera is not working from past 5 days and on contacting customer service there has been no response despite there commitment of 48 hrs from 14th April 2015. The complaint number generated is YU82253. Now there is no response on the customer care phone line and the call gets disconnected after 2 minutes if it goes unanswered. I have spent around 60/- INR in the calls unanswered, billed to my phone balance. Kindly help and resolve the issue. Thank You!

              I bought yu yureka mobile online in amazon.Now i got some problem in phone, i went to micromax service center but they have told us its not belongs to our company. when i contacted the yu yureka customer service they have gave me some advices but it not solved. neariy 4 times i have called to them about my problem they are not responding. its showing the charging symbol after removing the charger, if am keeping charging its not charging

                      Hi, I have ben victimized by YU televentures. I had ordered their Yureka phone from Amazon on 12th Feb 2015, it got delivered on 15th Feb. I checked the phone and on 17th I realized the phone's proxmity sensor is not working. I called up the customer service and reported this issue, ticker no. given as TT13243. I was asked to wait for few days as there was a software update being released and they said it would resolved this issue. I waited and kept calling and would get the same answer for a month. After 1 month of chasing, I was told that they will replace the handset with a new one. I got a new handset delivered on 19th March 2015, on checking the same day I came to know that phone's microphone is not working. The phone is absolutely useless as no call can be made. I contacted YU support team on 20th March and raised a complaint, ticket no. YU41316. again I was told to wait till 31 March and again the same reason was given that new update will resolve this issue. I called them again on 2nd april and have called them repeated times they just keep on logging multiple tickets(YU60491, YU47657, YU47656, YU47420) they keep promising theat a senior will call back from their office and get the issue resolved but nothing is happening. Inspite of paying Rs.9000, I am not able to use the phone for 2 months. This is blatant cheating, failure to serve the customer, worst form of malpractice and gross violation of consumer rights. Please help me.

                        Hi... My name is priya. I bought this phone on 26 feb 2015 through Amazon.in...Now my phone is not working properly and i can't switch on my phone...whenever i tried to call yu customer care number i got reply from other side this is wrong number and No service center is available for this phone in Chennai...and i think Not in india...Then i called to micromax customer care but they are also not giving good response for customer call...They told to me Send one e-mail from your email to "[protected]@yuplaygod.com". After sending the email i got some ticket number from yureka side...Recently i got that ticket number is "YU50525"and i got this ticket number that person name is "hari" And he is employe in micromax helpdesk. he told me once u sent ur email then i get back to u...till now i m not getting any call from that person...After that they are not giving reply for that e-mail and call also...this is the worst phone don't buy MICROMAX YUREKA...i really sufferd badly...they are not giving any respone for customer calls and query..."DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM MICROMAX COMPANY" other wise u will suffer badly...this is my experience from micromax company...

                          sir, i have participated in the bid today ie.[protected] at 2.00 pm and submitted my card details which was accepted and received a message saying that unable to process the transaction. In this regard it is requested to clear the transaction.
