My name is arsh mahajan and i own a micromax yu yu5510a device with imei no. [protected]. On 29 march 2017 i have submitted my in warranty product yu5510a in m/s mobile tech service center in patiala, punjab. They gave me a job sheet having bar code no.[protected]-28260879. Although i got my device after 34 days which is a way tooo long for such a reputed company to get the device which was in warranty and that product which i got was also faulty having defects such as touch not working at all and most importantly a blunder mistake by yu company was made that my device was on android and i received a cyanogen mode device... Which was a very big mistake by yu televentures company... Therefore with these issues in my device which i got after 34 days i had to resubmit my phone for sending it to the company and i was told that i will be getting my device replaced with a new one as stated by the service center executive within minimum possible span of time.. After that i made a call tio the yu customer care through my phone no. ([protected]) on the provided no. ([protected])... And i had a conversation with the customer care executive of yu and i stated him all the problems i was facing and he assured me that i will be provided with a better service and after that i handed over the phone to the service center executive and he had a conversation with the yu cust. Care executive and my phone was then submitted again yesterday i. E. On 3 may 2017.. And i was provided with a new job sheet and its bar code no. Is[protected]-28641345 with imei no. Being same i. E [protected] and i was promised to get my device replaced with a new one fromn the yu company as soon as possible... Kindly look into my problem and resolve it as soon as possible... And send my replaced device as soon as possible

    Please note i have placed my Yu yureka Plus for installation of OS Job order number S[protected] as it had got corrupted, it was working flawlessly for 8 months and before going on a vacation for 3 weeks i had switched off my mobile, once i returned from my vacation and came back i booted the phone but it was getting stuck in the logo after a while it said low charge charged the phone for 4 hours but same message used a different brand new battery of my friends cell phone but same message which i why i got the phone to your service center.

    But from 2 weeks whenever i call or come personally to enquire about the status all they say i will get it in the evening but that never evening never comes as they again give some excuse.
    I have requested them and now again requesting yourselves that its the only phone i have and have purchased a temporary phone as of now but cannot access my mails and other multi media functions so if you can be kind enough to rectify the issue at the earliest then it would be of great help.
    The Micromax service center manager Joseph Raj is so busy that he doesn't both to reply or attend to his customers and the Micromax executive delegated for that area Yelahanka newtown also doesn't bother.
    WHY ON EARTH DO YOU DISPLAY A BOARD IN THE FIRST PLACE OF THESE ###### IN FRONT OF THE SERVICE CENTER WHEN THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HANDLING THE CUSTOMERS.
    My patience level has reached its maximum now as the same issue i had in samsung phone but they took just 4 hours to fix it, but this service center is just delaying and further frustrating its customers, people have already lost faith in the brand yureka and now i know why.

    After 3 weeks i get a call now finally from the Micromax service center from a guy called Satish saying the PCB has to be changed and it will cost 4700 and the person was extremely rude despite telling him i havent heard from you in past weeks he abruptly says we must have called but you might have not picked up the phone.

    I appeal to all we always think we must buy indian and promote indian brands but HEREAFTER I APPEAL BE VERY VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH SUCH CHEAP THIRD GRADED PRODUCTS FROM MICROMAX.
    MY FRIENDS WARNED ME DO NOT TAKE ANY PRODUCT OF YUREKA AS THEY ARE PATHETIC HOW I WISH I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED AND NOW I SUFFER HAVING LOST 10000 BUCKS FOR A LOW QUALITY PRODUCT.

      My yu yunicorn mobile handset battery got blast on 08/03/2017, and mobile is under warranty.
      I visited nearest service centre
      M/s we care
      Address : shop no. 4&5, waterfront, near sath rasta, kambartalav, solapur, maharastra 413001.

      But they refused to register my complaint without original box of handset.
      I told them i have original invoice but i dont have box of mobile. So they did not register my complaint.

      I also contact customer care but still no positive response received.

        I purchased YU Yunique mobile handset from flipkart on 17 April 2016. On 23 April 2017, I was charging my mobile phone as usual. I was also using my phone while charging. Suddenly I felt something burning. I found that my phone was burnt near the speaker. On 25 April 2017, i took my phone to the nearest service center. They said that its IC is burnt and the plastic around it is also burnt. The vibration is also not working. They said that its IC, charging component and vibrating component will be changed and it would cost around Rs. 7000. Please Suggest

          Dear sir,
          I have purchase mobile 4 months ago. I have went to service center only for repairing ear speaker. Because in ear speaker there are some problem. I have submitted mobile on 8th april 2017. Till now it is not repaired by them and without inform me they replace my battery. My old battery has no problem. So how will i know they will give me new battery. I am totally frustrated due to bad service of service center. So please give me new mobile or give my original battery which i submitted to service center.

          Ii) i have another yureka phone i went to service center for serviing imei no. My ph is working well that time only imei is null this is issue. Service center told me for update software after that mobile will working well. So i have agreed it. But after one day i found my another mobile is not starting, when we start mobile it will automatically restart.

              Hi! My device YU5510A is operating in KitKat 4.4.4. version currently.but when I bought it it operate on lollipop 5.1 and then due to some issues I gave it to care and they replaced motherboard of my device and now my device runs on KitKat Version so please gave me update for lollipop very soon. And your staff is not answering anything about it. That's it.

                I purchased YU Yureka Plus mobile on[protected] and deliver on[protected] from Gadgets now website (Times internet limited invoice no- TIL/16-17/DEL/GN/5951). After one to five days o[censored]sage the phone Display flickering and heating issues. Then next i went to call yu customer care and visit service center and gave the phone, They said first the problem is on Software issue and generated the Job sheet and told to wait for 4 days for repair, after 4 days I want They told me and given my phone then I am checking my phone the display issue and the heating issue is not resolve then I am complaint again so she tell me and receive the phone and give me a new jobs ID number then tell me your phone display is changed and the problem is resolved in 21 working days then after 21 working days he given my mobile and then I am check the mobile in the service centre the display issue is not resolve the same problem. So I am again complaint and take the phone and generate a new job sheet id and he tells me it now change my mobile motherboard and wait 10 working days. Today[protected] I request you please help me…

                  Hi,

                  When I found problem ( battery size was changed) with the Yu Yunicorn [IMEI/Serial No: [protected], [protected] ], I was surprised to see battery over-sized, where no-one can open it (non-detachable), also it was not in contact of water or anything. I submitted it to authorized service center in Pune M/s. Planet cell on 11th Feb 2017 with Job sheet no 624. Please find same attached herewith. also find the purchase invoice attached herewith.
                  Battery was expanded in Size. Though the handset is within warranty, the service center asked me for new battery charges.
                  I followed-up regularly in every 3 -5 days after 11th Feb. I used to hear answer like battery is not available/there is delay from company. after completion of 30 days, the executive gave me hopes that as company was unable arrange for battery, he will be getting new handset from company. He told that the Pune regional head also knows the problem and ready to arrange for new mobile. He also told me that he is creating new job sheet with number W[protected]. Keeping faith in him, I also showed patience considering I will get replacement for the phone, which I am unable to use for long period. I did follow-up after it till 27th March, where I heard that I will be getting replacement for handset.
                  But today, I received a phone from service center that you will get phone by changing battery.

                  I want to ask Yuyunicorn team, who is responsible for non-usability of phone till 50 days? Why there was charges asked for battery, when it was nondetachable and within warranty? Even though customer was ready to pay the charges, why the service request was not full-filled within 7 days? Why customer had to do followup for longer period after looking no single communication from service center or company?

                  Hope you will consider my pain and compensate my time loss as well as effort loss by giving new replacement of Yu-yunicorn Mobile.

                    I had bought a yufit fitness band from amazon in 2015 and it was faulty from begining. when i contacted yu customer care they said it cannot be replaced or repaired but it would be refunded. its been more than a year since then and no refund ever came, they will just keep on delaying your complains until you give up, giving excuses and telling you wai.
                    Worst customer care experience i have ever had.

                        I used the YU yuphoria since last 18months. During the period many software related issues happens. Yesterday I went to YU servce center located at gurgaon, near rajeev chowk ( Best tech service) for repair of my yu yuphoria for hard bricked problem. I recognize this problem through this when connected with a PC, it should expose itself as QHUSB_BULK. I dont have the tool for repairing this hard bricked problem.. this is purely software based problem. The service engineer open the phone and damaged the chip inside the motherboard and give me the solution that to change the motherboard that costs Rs 3500/- and collect Rs 100 from me for initial checkup.
                        My mobile is totally dead by service center.. I also doubt that they replace my phone's motherboard with one faulty motherboard. How can i check this if my phone is filled with original motherboard.

                        This complaint is for everyone.. think twice before going to service center because they take the phone inside and do any thing.

                          I have been using Yuphoria 5010 since 4th July 2015. It was working properly for 1 year. Since past 6 months it is giving problems. today i have faced this problem wherein...Screen only shows: "YU powered by android". This occurred after my phone got switched to guest user and since then my phone is hanged. I tried switching it off, but its not displaying anything. tried removing battery and again switching it on, showing the same message on the screen..."YU powered by android". What to do?..                             1. Yu Yutopia YU5050 (Grey) B019CCYFAM SL NO. [protected] was purchased vide Invoice: HR-SDEC[protected] dtd[protected].

                            2. This mobile phone never worked satisfactorily and was handed over the Bangalore-Koramangala Service Centre and it was replaced after about three months of handing over to the Service Centre. The replaced Set IMEI No. is [protected]/ [protected].

                            3. The Bangalore Service Centre, while handing over the replacement set informed that the warranty gets extended by three months( i.e, warranty till[protected], the period the set was with them.

                            4. The set even then had not worked properly. The set was handed over to NAGU INFOTECH-Authorised Micromax Service Centre in Kakinada-East Godavari Dt-Andhra Pradesh, on[protected].

                            5. They had not given Computer Generated Job Order for having received the set, instead gave manual job order.

                            6. They kept the set with them saying Battery problem initially and after replacing the same they said Software problem and now are not giving proper picture.

                            7. After we referred the case to Customer Care, the Service Centre person got agitated and has started saying:

                            (a) Why have you referred the case to Customer Care?

                            (b) Your Set is failed model, why have you purchased it?

                            (c) The mother Board in the Set had failed and replacement cost is Rs.24, 000/-, almost cost of new set.

                            8. Kindly intervene wrt the above and arrange for repairs under WARRANTY.

                            9. If by any reason, the set is failed model, arrange for REFUND OF Rs.24, 999/- WHICH WE SPENT while buying the phone, which never worked properly.

                            10. Kindly do needful immediately OR A COURT CASE SHALL BE FILED

                              I purchased YU Yureka Plus mobile on[protected] from flipkart for Rs.6500, after one week o[censored]sage the phone suddenly switched off itself and got DEAD, it did not restart or did not charge also, the next day i went to service center and gave the phone, they said the problem is on motherboard and generated the Job sheet and told to wait for 10days for repair, after 10 days i went and asked my phone they told to come after 5days, again when i went after 5 days, they told they could not repair my phone, i asked for replacement or refund, They told that is only service center they cannot give refund or replacement.They did not repair the phone atleast.worst service

                                Hi, I had given my handset for service on 10th December 2016 and till today I haven't got it back, whenever I call customer care they say that the system shows 10 more working days and this answer I get every time.

                                    I bought a Yu yureka plus yu5510A on 6 October, 2016 and I use only 2 month after using I play the music in home theater then my phone is just switched off that time then I switch on my phone and my phone doing vibrate but nothing show anything on my display then I go to service center of "laxmi Nagar" then they check my Yu5510A he said me your phone is not in charging and told me 3000rs charge for repair...                                       I have visited your service center in jaipur named as sp mobile in mishra ji ka rasta, jaipur.

                                      They are repairing and servicing out of warranty products immediately but for within warranty products asking for leaving handset for 7 to 10 days.

                                      I have submitted my yu5010a there for 7 to 10 days because no other options was availabe.

                                      I am feeling too discriminated.

                                      Kindly provide immediately services for in warranty products.
