Zaak Epayment Services — cheating rs499/- of bsnl payment

On 01.9.2020 an amount of rs 499/- was debited from my ubi savings a/c in the name of zaak e services in order to recharge my bsnl mobile (Prepaid).
Till date that money is not credited to bsnl a/c and also not returned to my bank a/c. Hence zaak e payment services is a cheater
