[Resolved] Zaak Epayment Services — 3 unauthorized transaction charges | |
There are 2 transaction dated 26.01.2020 and 1 dated 28.01.2020 in name of zaak paymentt services but i have not been informed as for what purpose those transaction/ deduction have been made from my account of axis bank. I bought something from the amazon app but for that separate deduction are already being made. I wasn't given any prior intimation of such deduction from my account. I believe this is fraud and i have been wrongly duped. Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The transaction were infact made by uber through zaak payment services. The same were not notified to me but dame has been cleared with the axis bank and it is resolved now. | |

Rs.405 was debited on 29th february by zaak epayment servics . Our account is savings [protected] at bank of india...please refund
I recharged my UTS app wallet with Rs. 200 on 9/3/2020 and amount got deducted from bank account but recharge not yet done. In the UTS app it is showing recharge is initiated but the wallet is not being recharged.
Please help me out with this.

On the date 5-3-2020 I had done a recharge through mobikwik app on a mobile number of bsnl company of rs.112/- but the recharge was not successful on the number but the amount has been deducted from the bank account so kindly sort out my problem as soon as possible and transfer my money back to my account .
