Zaak Epayment Services — money got debited but order not placed in uber eats

I have ordered food at shree anandhas lakshmi mills, coimbatore at 9:50 am through uber eats app. Payment method i used is dedit card, amount 928 is debited but order is not placed. After adding payment details save option is asked. After saving order is not placed. This is extremely unpredictable. If i contact the ordered restaurant he said that he not received any order like that. I also not able to contact uber eats customer care. Totally disappointed with your service. Kindly help us for getting the money back as soon as possible.
