Zaak Epayment Services — Paying of Electricity Bill on Mobikwik

I have tried to pay My Electricity Bill on 17.08.2020 thr Mobikwik, Consumer No.[protected], Amount Rs. 980. But Transaction Failed and Rs. 674. money deducted from my Account. untill now my money is not refunded back in my account.
I have to pay electricity bill

Pls solve the issue.
