Zaak Epayment Services — unauthorized payment by zaak epayment services

I have received a text message from Andhra bank at 9:26pm confirming a payment of rs. 218/- rupees to zaak epayment services which i never made or approved of. Additionally i didn't receive any OTP request from my bank for this transaction.
This is fraudulent transaction which has been done without my consent.
Transaction date on text message was[protected]
I request you to kindly get my refund.
