L have tried to book a ticket from irctc app on 21/4/2018 my amount of rs.430 was debited from my sbi account tran id is by debit card othpg[protected] indian railways cateri new delhi. Amount rs.430.
Irctc tran id no.[protected] tpty ubl pass (57274)
Payment status-failed
Bank name-zaakpay pg
I have not received any refund till 28/4/2018 also not received any message or mail from zaakpay as well as irctc.
Sir i am not able to contact zaakpay pg of mobikwik as there no any contact with me.
So please look in the matter and make necessary arrangements
