Zaakpay.com — amount debited in my account and not credited to vendor- I paid through net banking from federal bank

I paid rs.500/- to daily ninja on 4 aug 2019, ref id $108641. But the amount is not credited to vendor - daily ninja, so i paid again rs.531 it was credited to vendor. So please check the status and return the amount to me. I made this is a first payment through my net banking. I was waiting, for the refund. But till now the refund is not reflected in my account. So i am writing the complaint.
