Zaakpay.com — Amount deducted and ticket not booked

Hi, I made a booking in IRCTC mobile application on 12March'23 through Zaakpay payment channel, money has been deducted from account but no ticket received.When checked with IRCTC they said it is pending with ZAAK with transaction no.[protected] and transaction no.[protected].
Please refund the deducted amount ASAP
