I have cancelled my railway ticket from zaakpay gateaway and my pnr no. Is [[protected]] and refund processing date:16-mar-2019
Refund amount:510.0
Refund reference no:zp5841c2bd12efb
Payment option used : zaakpay pg

. Amount has been refunded to zaakpay by railway but still not credited to my ac. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is inr 510-. My cancellation date is 15th march. Please do needful as soon as possible.

Hello I booked my ticket from new delhi to indore but due to unavailability in Premium tatkal it was not booked but amount deducted from my account and still noy received at my account
